Matt Bassett-Scarfe is a highly experienced senior lawyer with more than 20 years experience, and is the Managing Director of Peel Legal Barristers & Solicitors.
Matt practices predominantly in the areas of General Commercial Practice, Probate and Inheritance Matters, General Civil Litigation and has extensive knowledge of Property, Leasing and Conveyancing Matters.
Given Matt’s litigation experienced regarding challenges to wills and other Deceased Estate matters, unlike many Estate planners he has insight into the various pitfalls and problems that can be encountered in your Estate Planning issues.

Shivon Smilovitis
Senior Lawyer
Shivon Smilovitis is an experienced senior lawyer having worked exclusively in family law in Mandurah for more than 17 years.
Known for her professionalism and honesty, Shivon is down to earth and can assist her clients to achieve positive outcomes.
Shivon provides advice in all aspects of family law including divorce, property settlement (for married and de facto couples including complex business issues), care arrangements regarding children (including the involvement of grandparents), child support issues, mediation and Court representation.

Boon Kim Gwee

Boon Kim Gwee is a lawyer who has had the privilege of practicing law in both Singapore and Australia. He has been actively practising Law in Singapore since 1997 with Divorce and Family Law as his main focus. He also has extensive experience in drafting Wills as well as Probate and Letters of Administration.
He has been a Mandurah resident since December 2014 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia in September 2018.
He thoroughly enjoys his work, is friendly and approachable and someone who is able to understand and address every aspect of client’s concerns.
He practices in the area of Family law and Wills and is able to advise passionately in all aspects of Family Law. Boon Kim Gwee is also able to communicate in Mandarin, the Malay language as well as the Hokkien dialect as and when the need arises.

Malcolm Bradley is a lawyer who has a broad education with university degrees in law, science, sustainability and various social sciences.
Mal is a veteran of the iron ore industry whose spent significant time volunteering in the not for profit sector. As well as travelling the world, Mal became a lawyer to help people through their most difficult of legal times.
Having worked in various front-line family violence related roles within the community legal sector and as a criminal lawyer for the Aboriginal Legal Service in the Pilbara, Mal can help with whatever criminal charges, restraining order and family law problem you might have.
